Our Support Tool helps manage system settings and troubleshoot issues by providing easy access to disable Windows Security, uninstall anti-cheat programs, and generate a support code for assistance.
With Windows Security now disabled, you can proceed to download our Support Tool.
Once downloaded, open the tool and head over to the "Windows Settings" tab.
Here you can view the status of Windows Defender and other background anti-cheats that may interfere with our products. If you're using Valorant-related products, you do not need to uninstall Vanguard — it's fully supported.
Uninstalling the necessary programs.
Redistributables x64
Installs the necessary Visual C++ libraries used by almost all modern applications. Required for the loader and cheats to run.
DirectX
Required by many overlays and rendering components used by our products.
Even if you already have DirectX, running this ensures it's fully up to date.
Revo Uninstaller
Useful for cleanly removing traces of previous cheats, anti-cheats, or blocked loaders.
Helps prevent injection issues due to leftovers.
Proton VPN
A free VPN option that can help if your network or region causes injection issues or fails to reach our servers.
Windows 10 ISO
Handy if your OS is corrupted or you need a fresh install. Not required unless you're troubleshooting severe system issues.
If you encounter any issues with our products, we may ask you to provide your "Support Tool Reference Code." Simply press the "Send to Support" button and copy it using (CTRL + C).
